Comment: Quality good, service and delivery times abysmal. Unable to EVER access the so called help line, despite wait on the phone for at least 2 hours a day. Delivery detail wrong, do not bother to contact delivery company for 4 days, not the two advertised. Then allow a further 10 days for delivery.

Comment: I bought a tap from bathroom evolution. It arrived the next day, and has been fitted with no problems. Refreshing to have such a high level of customer service having had a few bad experiences with others in the past. Hope to them again in the future.

Comment: I am a plumber and I've been using these guys for the past three years, typically buying a whole toilet, sink, bath, shower and brassware. I'm happy to say that I have never had an issue with the quality of their product. The prices are very good and the service I have always recieve has been excellent. On one occassion my customer changed his mind and they accepted a return back with no issues and dealt with the process very efficiently.

Comment: Just wanted to let BE know that the sink, cabinet and tap are very good quality, very well packaged in a clever way. Also that we did get the handle that was screwed on the inside of the cabinet. Hope this feedback will help others, happy to pass your details to my friends.

Comment: I am so disappointed by Bathroom evolution.ie. Their products looked so good and the prices were good too...I ordered from Ireland. I explained I needed the stuff quickly, they promised to try to expedite the delivery. Days later they emailed to say they needed to clarify some matters relating to my credit card related to fraud detection. When I complained about the delay and asked if they could now fast track the stuff they absolutely refused to do so...saying it would take a further week for delivery. I am left with a builder who is finishing on the site in a few days with a plumber ready to go and I have had to go back to the drawing board and try to source the items in Ireland.
